1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between PSB WATCHES and its customers. By placing an order on the PSB WATCHES website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. ORDERS

Orders placed on the PSB WATCHES website are subject to product availability. PSB WATCHES reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a stock problem, pricing error or for any other legitimate reason. The information provided by the customer when ordering must be complete and accurate.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes. Payment is made at the time of ordering by the payment methods offered on the PSB WATCHES website. PSB WATCHES reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. DELIVERY

PSB WATCHES undertakes to deliver the products as soon as possible, except in cases of force majeure. Delivery costs are indicated when ordering and may vary depending on the place of delivery and the chosen mode of transport. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when ordering.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation. To exercise this right, the customer must contact PSB WATCHES and return the products in their original condition. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. WARRANTY

PSB WATCHES guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect or abusive use of the products.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights related to the products sold on the PSB WATCHES website remain the exclusive property of PSB WATCHES.

8. DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, PSB WATCHES and the customer undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the location of the registered office of PSB WATCHES.
